1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how PCS Solutions ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the CyberROI Calculator mobile application (the "App"). The App helps enterprises estimate the financial return on cybersecurity investments — ROI, NPV, IRR, payback period and 3-year TCO — across ten security domains, using industry benchmark data calibrated for India.

2. Information Processed on Your Device

The organisation, risk and investment figures you enter (such as revenue, employee count, breach-cost estimates and selected solutions) are used solely to calculate your ROI results on your own device. They are not saved to a database and are not transmitted anywhere unless you submit the assessment. The App:

• requires no sign-up or account;
• does not access your location, contacts, photos, files, device identifiers or advertising identifiers;
• contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs;
• stores at most small preference settings locally on your device.

3. Information You Choose to Submit

If — and only if — you press "Submit Assessment", the App sends the following to the PCS Solutions team:

• Contact details you enter: company name, contact person name, business email address, phone number (optional) and any comments;
• A summary of your assessment: organisation profile figures, risk profile figures, the solutions you selected and the calculated ROI results.

This submission is delivered to us as an email using FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-relay service, over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. FormSubmit processes the submission solely to deliver it to us; see the FormSubmit privacy policy for details of their handling.

4. How We Use Submitted Information

• To review your ROI assessment and contact you with a personalised cybersecurity recommendation — the purpose stated on the submission screen.
• We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
• Submissions are retained as ordinary business correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted.

5. Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted to us. Contact us using the details below and we will act on verified requests promptly. If you never press "Submit Assessment", we hold no information about you at all.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is a business planning tool intended for working professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

7. Disclaimer on Financial Estimates

ROI figures produced by the App are planning estimates built on published industry benchmarks (Gartner, IBM, Forrester, Ponemon Institute) and the inputs you provide. They are intended for budgeting and discussion purposes and should be validated with your own finance and security teams before investment decisions are made.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
